An Overview of the Video Shown On The PVC Marketing PRO Character
There are basic slides that repeat themselves to provide quick information to those who walk by Murray. The audio file is not synced to the slides since the audio requires a person to spend more time listening to what is being said. A person could be listening to the audio while others pass by and watch the slides.
In the sample the audio is about PVC Marketing PRO. For a particular business the goal is to introduce the business to those who decide to listen. The script is customized for each business and would run about 10 minutes.
The headsets and the tablet are placed lower down on the PVC Character to accommodate those who might decide to sit down and listen. This assumes that there are chairs available for someone to stop and listen or my be in a waiting area where chairs would already be available.
Part of the presentation on the tablet would also include two 5 Star Review Videos. These are customized for a business and present 5 Star Reviews that have been provided by an existing customers.
For those that interested additional features can be added to the presentation. One feature includes a text marketing program where customers can asked to text to join a VIP Program to receive future special announcements and or promotions. The third party service that is used would enable regular contact to be maintained with VIP Members.
Another feature involves a customized Feedback Program. The system requests feedback in a structure format and depending on the type of feedback obtained triggers different next step activities. A custom online feedback form is created and helps businesses to learn the good and bad of what customers are thinking about their experience with your business. This process can also lead to more 5 Star Review being posted on Google or Yelp.
